How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days depending on your region. You will receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Gear must be free of chalk, dirt, or damage. Start a return from your account or contact us with your order number.
How should I choose my size?
Apparel is designed for movement on the wall and off it — expect a performance fit with room to climb. Check the size guide on each product page. Between sizes for tops? Size up for layering; for shorts, follow your usual athletic size.
How do I care for chalk, brushes, and tape?
Store chalk in a cool, dry place and keep buckets closed between sessions. Brushes rinse clean with warm water — avoid harsh solvents that can damage bristles. Remove tape after climbing and let skin breathe; pair with our skin care line on rest days. Cap skin care products tightly after use.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
